The same considered presentation is planned for every physical denomination, from $50 to $2,000.

- Open the secure gift-card link in your delivery email.
- Enter the gift-card code during eligible Shopify checkout. Pay any remaining amount with another accepted payment method.
- Return to your secure gift-card page to view the remaining balance and use it again.
Gift cards can be used toward eligible jewelry, apparel and custom payments processed through Shopify. Multiple gift cards can be applied to an eligible order. Gift cards cannot be used to buy additional gift cards.
A few thoughtful details
Can I use my gift card online?
Yes. Once issued and activated, enter the gift-card code during eligible Shopify checkout. Gift cards cannot be used to purchase other gift cards.
Can I use a gift card toward custom jewelry?
Yes, where the custom order payment is processed through Shopify checkout. Custom jewelry starts at $500. The final design quote and 50% deposit are separate from that minimum.
What if my purchase exceeds the gift card balance?
Pay the remaining amount using another accepted payment method at checkout.
Can I use my gift card more than once?
Yes, until the available balance is exhausted.
Can I buy a physical gift card online?
Online ordering will be enabled once the physical fulfillment and activation process has been fully tested.
Can I check my balance?
Open the secure gift-card link from your delivery email to view the remaining balance. Keep that link and your code private. For help finding the original email, contact the studio at johndiamond2236@gmail.com.
Can the gift card be reloaded?
Online reloading is not currently offered.
How are physical gift cards shipped?
When physical gift cards become available, the planned presentation includes protective packaging, a personal message card and tracking. Available shipping services and estimates will be shown at checkout.
Can I add a message or choose a delivery date?
Enter the recipient's email and optional name, add a personal message up to 200 characters, and choose a send date up to 90 days ahead. Leave the date blank for delivery after fulfillment.
