Custom production takes 4–6 weeks after both a 50% deposit and final design approval. Floral Collection rings in size 7 sterling silver are made to order with 2 weeks production; shipping transit time is additional.

Shipping timing and cost depend on the piece and destination. Tracking is provided when the piece is dispatched. Tell John before ordering if you have a specific date in mind.

If an order arrives damaged, incomplete or different from the confirmed order, keep the packaging and contact the studio with the order number and clear photographs.
