Shipping

Production time is separate from shipping transit time.

Clothing: estimated production time is 3–5 days.

Floral Collection rings: made-to-order production takes 2 weeks.

Custom jewelry: production takes 4–6 weeks after both a 50% deposit and final design approval.

Available shipping options, costs, and delivery estimates are shown at checkout. Shipping timing depends on the piece and destination. Tracking is provided when your piece is dispatched. Contact John before ordering if you need your piece for a particular date.

Digital gift cards are delivered electronically and do not require physical shipping.

If an order arrives damaged, incomplete, or different from the confirmed order, keep the packaging and email John with your order number and clear photographs.
